Fran

Fran is wearing a cool dress for the summer. On the day she finished it in the studio, she wore it home because we were having very hot weather. The fabric is very soft, so she used silk organza to hold the shaped sleeve away from the arm. She used a Style Arc pattern called Trinnie.

Fran just finished this StyleARC woven top. The pattern had the frilly sleeve and bottom edges cut singly. We decided to make the fabric double so she didn't have edges to finish. It's cute.

Fran sewed this charming wool dress for the holidays. This style really looks good on her.

Fran just finished her French couture jacket and skirt. The fabric came from Britex, and the silk charmeuse lining is quilted to the jacket.

She used the fringed selvedge as part of the trim. The other trim is also from Britex. She then embroidered an attractive stitch with a color that ties in the jacket. It all works together with the pencil skirt. Great job Fran!!

Fran made this Style Arc Lani top twice now. This one in a tone on tone navy cotton with white topstitching. It looks so comfortable to wear.
